The upcoming Tamil
Thriller film of an actor Vijay is “Thalaivaa” which is also said
to be a political thriller. Vijay was impressed by the film
Madrasapattinam and contacted the film director A.L.Vijay for his new
project. Report claims that Amala Paul was director's third choice
for Thalaivaa , Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Yami Gautam were initially
approached for this film. The film also features Ragini Nandwani,
Sathyaraj and Santhanam in the supporting roles. This time Vijay has
to get ready to take challenge from Bollywood King Sharukh Khan ,
because Vijay's Thalaivaa movie is gearing up for the release on
First week of August which is the same time for Sharukh Khan's much
awaited movie Chennai Express.
Director insists ,“This
film is nothing to do with politics But
it will have everything that the actor’s fans usually expect from
his films. I have revealed the story in the trailer, it’s about a
rich, soft-spoken youth (played by Vijay) with an interest in dance
who gradually evolves as a leader.” Music is composed by the
A.L.Viay regular music director G.V.Prakash and the lyrics are
written by Na.MuthuKumar.
“I thought
Ajith was an egoistic problem maker” : Talking
about Billa 1, Rahman said that he was hesitated to Sign the project
because he thought Ajith, the lead actor in that movie would be a
problem maker. Later he realized, Ajith is such a sweet person to
work with. Also Ajith made a point to have his lunch with them,
added by Rahman.
